چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای کیفی توسعه علم و پژوهش در دانشگاه‌های آزاد کرمانشاه و سنندج بود. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سنندج و کرمانشاه در سال 1400 (298 نفر) بودند که تعداد 222 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آن‌ها با اجرای آزمایشی پرسشنامه در نمونه‌ای با حجم 30 نفر از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 878/0 برآورد شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که از دیدگاه پژوهشگران و اعضای هیأت علمی به ترتیب مؤلفه‌های آموزش، منابع مالی، منابع انسانی متخصص، فرهنگ سازمانی دانشگاه و مدیریت و بر ارتقای کیفی پژوهش در دانشگاه تأثیر دارند. در این میان شاخص‌ها و عواملی همچون ارزیابی کیفیت دانش‌آموختگان از طریق اخذ نظر سازمان‌های ذ‌ینفع، کارفرمایان و سایر سازمان‌ها و شرکت‌ها، انتخاب پژوهشگران علاقمند و با استعداد جهت تشویق دانشجویان، ایجاد زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات در جهت سهولت در دستیابی به اطلاعات علمی و فنی در سطح جهان، برنامه مشخصی به منظور خودگردان کردن بخش‌هایی از دانشگاه با هدف استقلال مالی و افزایش درآمدها و تمرکززدایی مدیریت مالی در صدر گویه‌های مربوط به عوامل مذکور قرار گرفتند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the qualitative promotion of science and research development in Kermanshah and Sanandaj Azad Universities. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study included all faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj and Kermanshah branches (298 people), of which 222 people were selected as the sample size using simple random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was estimated through face and content validity and their reliability by experimental implementation of the questionnaire in a sample of 30 people through Cronbach's alpha 0.878. SPSS 22 software was used to analyze the data. The results of Friedman test showed that from the perspective of researchers and faculty members, the components of education, financial resources, specialized human resources, university organizational culture and management, respectively; affect the quality of research in the university. Among these indicators and factors such as evaluating the quality of graduates by obtaining the opinion of stakeholders, employers and other organizations and companies, selecting interested and talented researchers to encourage students, creating information technology infrastructure to facilitate access to scientific information and Technically, a specific program in order to self-govern parts of the university with the aim of financial independence and increase revenue and decentralization of financial management topped the items related to these factors.
