Organizational justice, as one of the foundational concepts in contemporary management, plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency, legitimacy, and sustainability. In recent years, scholarly attention has shifted from purely instrumental approaches to justice toward normative and value-based explanations. In this context, the Islamic governance approach, with its emphasis on core values such as equity (qist), fairness, transparency, accountability, human dignity, and participation, offers substantial theoretical potential for redefining organizational justice. The primary objective of the present study is to elucidate the structural dimensions of organizational justice grounded in Islamic governance principles and to test the interrelationships among its dimensions and components using structural equation modeling. The research is applied in purpose and descriptive-analytical in method. The statistical population comprises employees of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Iran, with data collected via a researcher-developed questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted employing structural equation modeling techniques and the SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that organizational justice rooted in Islamic governance constitutes a multidimensional and hierarchical construct, comprising distributive, procedural, and interactional justice dimensions. Each dimension is operationalized through specific components, including transparency, accountability, fairness in compensation, job security, human dignity, and participation in decision-making. All structural paths were found to be statistically significant, and the proposed model demonstrated adequate fit. Accordingly, strengthening Islamic governance components can serve as a foundation for improving organizational justice within governmental institutions.
