تحلیل جامعه‌شناختی ذائقه فرهنگی و هنری (مورد مطالعه: شهروندان اهواز)

چکیده

در تاریخ اندیشه، رویکردهای مختلفی به مبحث ذوق وجود داشته که در صدد تبیین ارزش‌های زیبایی‌شناختی و توضیح تفاوت‌ها و تغییرات پدید آمده در ذوق و سلیقه و طرز نگرش آدمیان به فرهنگ، هنر و امر زیبا برآمده‌اند که در این پژوهش به پاره‌ای از این دیدگاه‌ها از بعد جامعه‌شناختی اشاره شده است. مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه‌ای توصیفی و اکتشافی است که با هدف توصیف و سنجش ذائقه فرهنگی و هنری شهروندان شهر اهواز و بررسی ابعاد آن و همچنین تعیین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر آن از جنبه جامعه‌شناختی صورت پذیرفته است که نتایج حاصل از آن بدین قرار است: شهروندان اهوازی از میان شاخص‌های مختلف مورد نظر، بیش از همه به موسیقی تمایل دارند و کمترین تمایل را به شنیدن برنامه‌های رادیویی ابراز داشته‌اند. با آزمون فرضیات تحقیق نیز مشخص شد که همه 7 متغیر مورد بررسی یعنی متغیرهای جنسیت، نوع شغل، قومیت، سطح آموزشی، سرمایه اقتصادی، سرمایه فرهنگی و طبقه اقتصادی اجتماعی بر روی ذائقه فرهنگی و هنری شهروندان اهواز تأثیرگذار می‌باشند بنابراین همه فرضیه‌های تحقیق تأیید شده و دیدگاه نظریه‌پردازان مختلفی که این مباحث را مطرح نموده و این متغیرها را بر روی ذائقه افراد تأثیرگذار می‌دانند برای شهروندان شهر اهواز نیز صدق می‌نماید.

چکیده [English]

In the history of culture and art, there have been diverse approaches to Taste, Some have a essentialistic approach and others have given a relativistic concept of taste. This research has been done with the aim of measuring the cultural and artistic taste of Ahwaz citizens, studying its dimensions and factors affecting it sociologically. By interviewing the most important indexes related to cultural and artistic taste were identified and then, using the Survey method, citizens of Ahwaz were studied. The results of this study show that the rate of interest of 1 percent of respondents to the use of cultural and artistic indexes is very low, 13/1 percent is Lowe, 41/3 percent is average, 38/1 percent is high and 6/5 percent is too high. Among the diverse cultural and artistic indexes, Ahwaz citizens are the most interested in music and have the least interest to hear radio programs. By testing the research hypothesis, it was found that all 7 variables studied, included gender, type of job, ethnicity, educational level (academic education and other types of education), economic capital, cultural capital and Socioeconomic class, are factors affect on cultural and artistic tastes of Ahwaz citizens.
