This article provides a sociological analysis of the social foundations and effects of injunctions in the context of social justice. The main objective is to examine the effects of such judicial decisions on vulnerable groups and to clarify the role of these decisions in perpetuating or reducing social inequalities. By studying the social and cultural dimensions of these decisions, we attempt to examine whether the judicial system contributes to justice for all segments of society. The present study used qualitative methods. First, by reviewing the literature on social justice and legal institutions, the theoretical framework of the study was determined. Then, data were collected through in-depth interviews with lawyers, judges, and individuals whose cases were affected by injunctions. The problem was analyzed through qualitative data coding and a close examination of judicial procedures. The findings of this study showed that inadmissibility disproportionately affects vulnerable groups and can perpetuate social inequalities. Also, judicial institutions often clearly ignore factors such as unemployment, structural discrimination, and lack of access to legal advice in their decisions. The results of this study provide suggestions for changing and improving judicial procedures in order to promote social justice and ensure effective access to justice for all segments of society.
