Abstract
Industrial labors are a large layer of the country's employees and those are considered an influential and decisive population. Considering labor conflicts increase in last years, it seems necessary to investigate labor conflicts in Iran and the social factors affecting it. The main purpose of the research was to investigate social factors affecting labor conflicts in Iran's industrial relations. Finnemore, a system theorist in industrial relations, with pattern of Dunlop was presented to model the industrial relations model. Chalabi also refer to social disorders that endanger social order. Social order / disorder play an important role in industrial relations. According to theories, theoretical framework was presented. In this research, the case study strategy was used to investigate the research subject. Survey methods and secondary data were used for data collection. Labor conflicts and social factors affecting them were investigated from 2012 to 2024. Based on the logic of the research methodology, factor analysis was conducted from the obtained propositions. The statistical results of factor analysis and the KMO criterion confirmed the factor analysis model. The findings of the research indicated that the factor of relational disorder is the most important factor explaining labor conflicts. The factors of distributive disorder, symbolic disorder, and normative disorder were the other factors explaining labor conflicts, respectively.
