Abstract
Social rights refer to rights that guarantee security, equal opportunities, and social welfare for all individuals in a society. These rights usually include the right to education, the right to health, the right to work, and the right to live in a healthy environment. Social responsibilities refer to the obligations of individuals and institutions to protect each other's rights and promote social status. These responsibilities can be legal or illegal. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, citizens' rights are clearly defined in various principles of the constitutional law, but there are numerous challenges in realizing these rights. Citizens' civil and moral responsibilities, in addition to their freedoms and legal rights, are considered an inseparable part of this system, and ignoring any of them can lead to a disruption in the public balance. The present study, titled "the Balance of the Citizenship Rights and Responsibilities in the Islamic Human Rights System with an Emphasis on Iran's Constitutional Law", which was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method, clearly demonstrates the need for effective legal and cultural measures to promote collective awareness and citizen responsibility. Therefore, challenging the interaction between rights and responsibilities in the Islamic system is not only necessary, but must also be continuously reviewed and strengthened in legal and social contexts in order to maintain solidarity and cohesion in society.
