Abstract
The aim of this article is to develop social welfare in rural areas of Dashti County with an emphasis on the sociological approach. The research method is developmental in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of data type with an exploratory approach, which used the interview content analysis method. The statistical population consisted of managers and specialists in the rural area of Dashti County, who were 15 people using the purposive sampling method and the theoretical saturation principle. Data analysis was performed using content analysis in the "MAXQDA" software. The results of the research showed that in the analysis of the data obtained from the interviews, they were examined in the form of 49 main categories, each of which included numerous dimensions and indicators, which were determined by specifying the categories of conditions, interaction-process, and consequences as basic dimensions for the initial formation of the conceptual framework of the research. Finally, economic consequences, social consequences, cultural consequences, environmental consequences, infrastructural consequences, environmental barriers, economic barriers, social barriers, support barriers, cultural barriers, infrastructural barriers and managerial and organizational barriers, which are the outputs of the model, were proposed as consequence categories. Then, it was time for selective coding, which should be designed by combining and combining the categories obtained from the previous stages, to design the conceptual framework of the research. In this study, the researcher examined the categories obtained from open and axial coding in order to design the model.
