Develop a human resource management model based on governance and social responsibility (Case study: Sugarcane and Ancillary Industries Development Company)

Abstract

Effective human resource management is a fundamental and important factor in the effective development of organizational strategies. The purpose of this study is to develop a human resource management model based on the system of governance and social responsibility in the Sugarcane Development Company and ancillary industries. The present research is a combination of qualitative-quantitative in terms of purpose, applied and exploratory and its method. The statistical population includes related articles and texts and experts and specialists in the sugar industry of Khuzestan province. In the qualitative stage, the statistical sample for the method of hybridization of related articles and texts in this field and for the fuzzy Delphi technique are 17 experts who were selected by a purposeful method. In the quantitative stage, 40 experts were selected by statistical sample for interpretive structural modeling and structural equation modeling. The data collection tool in the qualitative stage is a list of related articles and texts and a questionnaire and in the quantitative stage includes a researcher-made questionnaire of the human resource management model based on the system of governance and social responsibility. For qualitative analysis of information in the qualitative stage, fuzzy meta-combination and Delphi method and in the quantitative stage interpretive structural modeling and structural equation modeling were used. First, the initial pattern was extracted by meta-combination method and the most important factors were approved by experts using fuzzy Delphi technique. Finally, the research model with 4 dimensions, 17 components and 85 indicators has the necessary fitness.
