The main objective of this paper is the study of impact youth passion, as a biological maturity process on life cycle, on the relationship between youth employees and employer. In other words, the question that set to probe is whether youth as a main stage in the life cycle might effect on the tripartite social dialogue in the work environment or not? This field study based on qualitative methodology has tried to examine the degree of impact of youth maturity on the reconciliation of tensions in youth employees and employers relations. Narrations findings from several interviews in Tehran, Qazvin and Khozestan provinces workplaces have used to confirm whether the process of biological maturity among youth workers might make obstacles toward the progress of social dialogue? The research findings indicate though the biological immaturity could interfere with social dialogue, but institutional, social and cultural factors and more specifically economic conditions might affect the dialogue.
