Analyzing and assessing of urban quality of life, is one of the most important dimension in urban studies to different countries. Quality of Life is depending on person imagination and perception of the realities of life. Objectively dimensions mean tangibility and conditions of person life that is visible and required data for analyzing in this aspect based on secondary data. While that subjective aspect of quality of life mean assessing the perception of people who is living in the life environment. Aim of this research is assessing and measuring of urban quality of life in 4 regions of Ahvaz city in two objectively and subjective aspects. Methodology of this research is "descriptive- analyzing" based on questioner tool. The required data were collected from 150 samples randomly. From analyzing of research data used of statistical method such as analyzing of meaning data and one T test sample in SPSS software. Result of research show that conditions of quality of life in economic, social and physical aspects in the case study region is medium condition and excepts of objectively dimensions is the highest discontent with the state of insecurity in quality traffic and walkways for disabled other indicators have average score and medium conditions.
