The Effects of Social Capital Effects the Rural Areas Development (Case Study: Meshkinshahr County)

Abstract

Social capital is one of the nation’s wealth and sustainable development, capacity-building instruments to communities, an arrangement for preventing and decreasing of social problems and a factor for social welfare plans success and promotion of individual and social today. With relation to rural areas development, Social capital play important role at the promotion of income, poverty reduction, management of resources sustainable, motivation promotion, active participation to decision-making, safety index promotion, empowerment and … in the rural areas. The aim of this paper surveying of social capital effects in the rural areas. Present research is applied and its research method is descriptive-analytical survey. Also at this research was selected the 197 inhabitant farmers in the rural areas of Meshkinshahar county by way random sampling through the medium of Cochran’s Test. Also research tool is questionnaire that its validity via different experts’ views was confirmed. Also research reliability was calculated by sexually from Cronbakh (α>0.83) formula. At the end results showed that the most important of social capital affecting varieties in the rural areas are component four such as (economical, interaction action, environmental and participation). Their variance and explained accumulated variance number is (61.16) by through of this four factor.
