بررسی عوامل اجتماعی مرتبط با رضایت جنسی بین زوجین (مورد مطالعه: شهروندان شهر تبریز)

چکیده

رضایت زناشویی مؤلفه بنیادین زندگی مشترک است و نقش مهمی در سلامت روان زوجین دارد. عوامل متعددی بر رضایت زناشویی تأثیر می‌گذارند که یکی از آنها رضایت جنسی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل اجتماعی مرتبط با رضایت جنسی در بین متأهلین شهر تبریز است. پژوهش با روش پیمایشی انجام شده و جامعه آماری افراد متأهل ساکن در سه منطقه از مناطق دهگانه شهر تبریز در سال 1401 است. بر اساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه آماری 384 نفر تعیین شد و با استفاده از شیوه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و انتخاب تصادفی نمونه‌ها، شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای توصیف داده‌ها از آماره‌های توصیفی و برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها از آزمون‌های تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد استفاده شده است. شده است. یافته‌های توصیفی مربوط به رضایت جنسی نشان می‌دهد میانگین این متغیر وابسته در نمونه بررسی شده برابر 094/44 است که از مقدار متوسط قابل اکتساب در مقیاس بکار برده شده برای سنجش آن بیشتر است. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون محاسبه شده برای رابطه بین رضایت جنسی و همسان همسری معادل 449/0 با سطح معنی‌داری 000/0 می‌باشد که نشان از رابطه معنی‌دار و مستقیم بین آنها دارد نتایج تحقیق گویای آن است که همسان همسری از عوامل اجتماعی تأثیرگذار در رضایت جنسی زوجین است؛ همچنین دیگر یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد تحصیلات، درآمد، سن زوجین، تعداد فرزندان از عوامل تأثیرگذار در رضایت جنسی زوجین می‌باشد. نتیجه نهایی آنکه رضایت جنسی به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم رضایت از زندگی زناشویی متغیری است که صرفاً جنبه فردی و روانشناختی ندارد و تحت تأثیر عواملی اجتماعی ـ اقتصادی قرار می‌گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Sexual satisfaction is an important factor effect on marital satisfaction. This research was conducted to investigate social factors related to sexual satisfaction among married people in Tabriz City. The current research is a cross-sectional survey. The target population is married people living in three urban areas of the ten districts of Tabriz city in 2022. The sample size is 384 people were determined based on Cochran's formula and the volunteers participating in the research were investigated using the stratified random sampling method. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data and independent t-tests, analysis of variance, and Pearson's correlation test were used in SPSS software version 22 to check the relationship between variables. Demographic variables have also shown a significant effect on the variable of sexual satisfaction. The results of the research show that homo spouse is one of the social factors influencing the sexual satisfaction of couples. Also, other findings of the research show that education, income, age of the couple, and number of children are factors influencing the sexual satisfaction of couples.
