بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی، سبک زندگی و سواد سلامت بیماران در شهر اهواز

چکیده

امروزه کیفیت زندگی، سبک زندگی و سواد سلامت را سازه‌ای تحلیلی، عناصر سیاستی و کلیدی در سیاست‌گذاری به حساب می‌آورده و از آنها به‌عنوان شاخص‌های توسعه اجتماعی یاد می‌شود. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی، سبک زندگی و سواد سلامت بیماران در شهر اهواز بوده است. چارچوب نظری بر اساس نظریه‌پردازانی چون پندر، گیدنز، فرگوسن و باربارا استفاده گردید. روش تحقیق توصیفی پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری کلیه بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان‌ها در شهر اهواز بوده است. نمونه آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سمپل پاور تعداد 170 بیمار به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد کیفیت زندگی منتظری و همکاران (1385)، سبک زندگی والکر (1997) و سواد سلامت منتظری و همکاران (1393) استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS و SmartPLS 3 برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. میانگین نمرات پاسخگویان برای متغیر کیفیت زندگی (2/19)، سبک زندگی (5/56) و سواد سلامت (34) می‌باشد. یافته‌ها نشان داد با توجه به مقدار ضریب مسیر 0.120 و مقدار آماره t 2.615 کیفیت زندگی بر سواد سلامت بیماران تأثیر معناداری دارد. و نیز مقدار ضریب مسیر 0.726 و مقدار آماره t 17.299 سبک زندگی بر سواد سلامت بیماران تأثیر دارد؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد مؤلفه‌های تغذیه و مسئولیت‌پذیری بیشترین تأثیر را  بر سواد سلامت دارند.

چکیده [English]

Today, quality of life, lifestyle and health literacy are considered as analytical structures, policy and key elements in policy making and are referred to as indicators of social development. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of life, lifestyle and health literacy of patients in Ahvaz. The theoretical framework was used based on theorists such as Pender, Giddens, Ferguson and Barbara. The research method was descriptive-survey and the statistical population was all patients referred to hospitals in Ahvaz. Statistical sample Using sample power software, 170 patients were selected as the sample size. To collect data, standard questionnaires of quality of life of Montazeri et al. (2006), Walker lifestyle (1997) and health literacy of Montazeri et al. (2014) were used. Data were used for data analysis using SPSS and SmartPLS 3 software. The average scores of the respondents for the variables of quality of life (19.2), lifestyle (56.5) and health literacy (34). Findings showed that according to the path coefficient of 0.120 and the value of t-statistic of 2.615, quality of life has a significant effect on patients' health literacy. Also, the value of the path coefficient of 0.726 and the value of the lifestyle statistic of 17.299 t affect the health literacy of patients. The results also showed that the components of nutrition and responsibility have the greatest impact on health literacy.
