بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه عادت‌واره کسب و کار اعضای شرکت‌های رشد و دانش‌بنیان

چکیده

مقاله حاضر به بررسی نقش عوامل مؤثر بر عادت‌واره کسب وکار اعضای شرکت‌های رشد و دانش‌بنیان مرکز رشد دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد می‌پردازد. حجم نمونه 204 است و متغیرهای تحقیق شامل اعتماد اجتماعی، مالکیت فکری، بوروکراسی اداری، آموزش‌های رسمی‌و غیر رسمی ‌و نهاد کسب و کار می‌باشند. متغیرها بر اساس مطالعات و پیشینه‌های بررسی شده بدست آمده‌اند. روابط همبستگی نشان می‌دهد که با افزایش متغیرهای مستقل میزان عادت‌واره کسب و کار نیز افزایش می‌یابد. بر اساس تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام تأثیر چهار متغیر نهاد کسب و کار، آموزش رسمی، اعتماد اجتماعی و آموزش غیر رسمی‌ بهترین معادله تأثیرگذار بر افزایش عادت‌واره کسب وکار می‌باشد. برای تقویت عادت‌واره کسب و کار و کمک به کارآفرینان، اعتمادسازی در محیط کسب و کار با کیفی‌سازی و استانداردگرایی و توسعه قراردادها، تسهیل قوانین و مقررات برای کاهش بوروکراسی اداری، توسعه آموزش‌های تخصصی مرتبط با کسب و کار، تشکیل و توسعه نهاد کسب و کار از طریق سازمان‌های کسب و کار، قوانین و فرهنگ‌سازی و برنامه‌های حفظ مالکیت فکری پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

چکیده [English]

The present paper examines the role of factors on the business habitus of the members of incubator units and knowledge based companies at ferdowsi university of Mashhad. The sample size is 204 people and Structural variables include social trust, intellectual property, administrative bureaucracy, formal and informal education, and business Institution. Variables are related to studies and researches. Correlational relations show which increases the habitus of business by increasing independent variables. Based on stepwise regression analysis impact of four variables: business Institution, formal education, social trust and informal education is the best equation that influences the rise of business habitus. it is recommended confidence building in the business environment by qualifying and standardizing and developing contracts, facilitating laws and regulations to reduce administrative bureaucracy, developing specialized business-related training, establishing and developing business Institution through business organizations, laws and culture And intellectual property preservation programs to strengthen business habitus and help entrepreneurs.
