بررسی جامعه‌شناختی بیگانگی از کار و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان امور فنی شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب

چکیده

امروزه یکی از شاخص‌های اصلی موفقیت در هر سازمانی میزان تعهد سازمانی کارکنان آن سازمان است. تعهد سازمانی عامل مؤثری در رفتار سازمانی کارکنان و بازده سازمان‌ها است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی جامعه‌شناختی تأثیر بیگانگی ‌از کار و تعهد سازمانی در میان کارکنان امور فنی شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب در سال 1394انجام شده است. در بعد نظری برای رسیدن به اهداف تحقیق از نظریه سیستمی پارسونز استفاده شد. تحقیق به روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه انجام گرفت. جامعه‌ آماری این تحقیق کلیه کارکنان امور فنی شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب به تعداد آنها 1277 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد 300 نفر تعیین شد و از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم برای انتخاب نمونه در این پژوهش استفاده شد. یافته‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که بین بیگانگی از کار و تعهد سازمانی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. علاوه بر این بین متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی شامل سن، وضعیت تأهل، وضعیت استخدامی و پست ‌سازمانی با تعهد ‌سازمانی رابطه معناداری وجود داشت. اما بین متغیرهای جنس و تعهد سازمانی رابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد.

چکیده [English]

Today, one of the main indicators of success in any organization is organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is an effective factor in the organizational behavior of employees and the efficiency of organizations. The present study was conducted with the aim of sociologically investigating the effect of alienation from work on organizational commitment among the technical affairs employees of the National Company of Southern Oil Regions in 2014. In the theoretical dimension, Parsons' systemic theory was used to achieve the research goals. The research was conducted using a survey method and using a questionnaire tool. The statistical population of this research was 1277 employees of the technical affairs of the National Company of Southern Oil Regions. The statistical population of this research was all the employees of the technical affairs of the Southern Oil Regions Company, whose number was 1277, and it was carried out in 2014. The results of the research showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between alienation from work and organizational commitment (r=0.188 and sig=0.001). In addition, there is a significant relationship between demographic variables including age, marital position, employment position and organizational position with organizational commitment. But there is no significant relationship between gender variables and organizational commitment.
