طراحی مدل هوش عاطفی ـ اجتماعی مدیران آموزش و پرورش لرستان

چکیده

امروزه یکی از مباحث مهم حوزه توسعه سازمانی، هوش عاطفی ـ اجتماعی مدیران است. بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل هوش عاطفی ـ اجتماعی مدیران آموزش و پرورش لرستان بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی با تحلیل مضمون بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل 17 خبرگان دانشگاهی آشنا با هوش عاطفی ـ اجتماعی در سال 1400 در شهر خرم‌آباد بودند که به صورت هدفمند و بر اساس روش اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته بودند که اعتبار آن با دیدگاه صوری و وارسی مجدد فرایند گذاری و پایایی نیز با ضریب توافق کدگذاری انجام شد که مقدار آن 88/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد 54 مضمون فرعی و 6 مضمون محوری شامل انگیزش، خودآگاهی، دگر آگاهی، انطباق‌پذیری، مهارت ارتباطی و مهارت اجتماعی برای مدل هوش عاطفی ـ اجتماعی مدیران شناسایی شدند. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت مدل هوش عاطفی ـ اجتماعی مدیران دارای 6 مضمون محوری است که برنامه‌ریزان جهت ارتقای هوش عاطفی ـ اجتماعی مدیران باید به تمام این محورها توجه نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Today, one of the most important issues in the field of organizational development is the emotional-social intelligence of managers. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to design a model of emotional-social intelligence of Lorestan education managers. The method of the present study was qualitative with thematic analysis. The study population consisted of 17 academic experts familiar with emotional-social intelligence in 2021 in Khorramabad who were purposefully selected based on theoretical saturation method. The research tools were semi-structured interviews that were validated with a formal view and process review and reliability was done with a coding agreement coefficient of 0.88. Coding method was used to analyze the data. Data analysis showed that 54 sub-themes and 6 central themes including motivation, self-awareness, other awareness, adaptability, communication skills and social skills were identified for the managers' emotional-social intelligence model. It can be concluded that the model of emotional-social intelligence of managers has 6 central themes that planners to improve the emotional-social intelligence of managers should pay attention to all these axes.
