Abstract

Terrorism as a crime against humanity is a serious topic of domestic and international law. The new dimensions of terrorism have attacked the social culture and religious and cultural beliefs of the nations, but in connection with the processing and explanation of the approach of social support for its victims, we are faced with the suspension of any position. The religion of Islam, by arguing that human beings are infallible, following the planning of legal confluence with the phenomenon in the form of concepts such as war, murder and assassination, with the inference of the violation of fundamental rights, including human rights, famine and poverty, violation of sovereignty and social support of the victims of terrorist crimes in Examples include reducing individual-social vulnerability and compensating the victims.Considering that most of the terrorist crimes occur in Islamic areas, the author aims to explain the approach of social support for the victims of terrorist crimes with the Islamic-Iranian approach using a descriptive-analytical method. The result is that by looking at the evolution of terror and reviewing the social conditions of the victims of terrorist crimes and social action to support the victims of terrorist crimes with the focus on the violation of the social rights of the victims of terrorist crimes crimes as victims of neglected crimes and taking the lives of innocent people has been neglected, and drawing the Islamic-Iranian model and solving the ambiguity leads to increased social support.
