استراتژی های مقاومت و باز اندیشی: تجربه ی زنان در فرایند نابرابری جنسیتی درون خانواده

چکیده

نابرابری جنسیتی در سطوح و اشکال متفاوت، سال‌های متمادی است نظر پژوهشگران، تحلیلگران و متخصصان حوزه‌های مختلف را جلب نموده است و تفسیرها و تعبیرهای مختلفی از آن به‌ عمل ‌آمده است. تغییرات حاصل از مدرن شدن جوامع سبب افزایش آگاهی در زنان شده است و نگرش جدیدی را در آن‌ها ایجاد کرده است. در نتیجه افزایش آگاهی، زنان شروع به بازاندیشی کرده و راهبردها و استراتژی‌هایی را در جهت مقاومت در برابر اعمال نابرابری اتخاذ کرده‌اند. لذا هدف ما در این پژوهش کشف تفسیر و تجربه‌ی زنان از شکل‌های نابرابری جنسیتی درون خانواده و راهبردها و پیامدهای حاصل از آن است. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و روش اجرای آن روش گراندد تئوری می‌باشد. نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی با حداکثر تنوع است. با 27 نفر از زنان 38-18 ساله‌ی ساکن در شهر اصفهان مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام‌ شده است. یافته‌ها با استفاده از روش کدگذاری نظری تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شده است. در نهایت 8 مقوله اصلی کشف شد که عبارت‌اند از: بی‌عدالتی رفتاری، کنترل و مراقبت از حریم خصوصی، ضعف در حمایت مالی، چالش‌های احساسی، ضعف گزینشی و عملکردی، ناهنجاری تعاملی، تخصیص نقش سنتی و ابراز توانمندی. و در آخر مقوله هسته مرکزی دوگانگی عاطفی و منطقی زنان به‌عنوان مقوله هسته کشف گردید. نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها بیانگر این امر است که تبعیض‌ها و نابرابری‌هایی که در میان دختران و پسران در خانواده‌ها اعمال می‌شود، برای دختران باعث سخت شدن گذران زندگی روزمره‌ی آنان یا به‌عبارتی تنگنای زیست جهانشان شده است؛ لذا به دنبال تنگنای زیست جهان، عادت‌واره‌ی زنانه‌ای با مؤلفه‌هایی چون زیر بار ظلم نرفتن، مقاومت، اعتراض و اثبات خود در زنان شکل گرفته است.

چکیده [English]

Gender inequality in different levels and forms, for many years, it has attracted the attention of researchers, analysts and experts in various fields and there have been various interpretations and interpretations of it.  The changes resulting from the modernization of societies have increased awareness among women and it has created a new attitude in them. As a result, women have adopted strategies to resist inequality through reflexivity. Therefore, our aim in this study is to explore and interpret women's experience of forms of gender inequality within the family and Strategies and consequences it. So our aim in this qualitative study, Discovering and interpreting women's experiences is a process of actioning gender inequality and strategies and consequences. The research carried out by grounded Theory qualitative research method. Participants included 27 women (18-38 years old) that selected by the participants selected by Purposeful sampling and snowball with maximum variation technique. Interviews manuscripts analyzed in theoretical coding and 8 main categories constructed: Behavioral Injustice, Privacy Control and Care, Weak financial support, Emotional challenges, Selective and functional weaknesses, Interactive Anomalies, Traditional role assignment and expressing ability and finally, the core category of girls' emotional and logical duality was discovered as the core. The paradigmatic model outlines the relationships between categories.
