بررسی جامعه‌شناختی تأثیر رسانه‌های جمعی بر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز)

چکیده

حقوق شهروندی از مفاهیم پر مناقشه در دوران مدرن است. آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی به معنای شناخت شهروندان از وظایف حکومت و شهرداری در قبال شهروندان و تلاش برای تحقق حقوق و اجرای تکلیفشان است و به فرد اجازه دخالت آگاهانه در سرنوشت خود را می‌دهد و منجر به احقاق حقوق خود و زندگی بهتر برای خود و دیگر اعضای جامعه می‌شود.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی جامعه‌شناختی تأثیر رسانه‌های جمعی بر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی انجام گرفته است. این پژوهش از روش پیمایش کاربردی بهره برده است. جامعه آماری آن کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در نیم سال دوم تحصیلی 98-1397 می‌باشند که تعداد 374 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که دانشجویان از میزان آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی، در سطح متوسط رو به بالایی قرار دارند و بین متغیرهای میزان استفاده از ماهواره، اینترنت، تلفن همراه، عضویت در شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی، پایگاه اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی، سن، مقطع تحصیلی و رشته تحصیلی با متغیر وابسته آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، و بین متغیرهای میزان استفاده از رادیو، تلویزیون، مطالعه کتاب، روزنامه و مجلات، سینما و تئاتر، تأهل و قومیت با متغیر آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی رابطه‌ای مشاهده نشد؛ همچنین بین جنس و آگاهی از حقوق شهروندی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. یافته‌های رگرسیونی نشان می‌دهد که این متغیرها 2/16 از تغییرات مربوط به متغیر وابسته را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند.

Citizenship is one of the most controversial concepts in modern times. Citizenship awareness means knowing citizens about the duties of government and municipality towards citizens and striving to fulfill their rights and enforce their duties, allowing the individual to intervene consciously in their own destiny, leading to the realization of their rights and a better life for themselves and other members. It becomes a community. The purpose of this study was to investigate the sociological impact of mass media on citizenship awareness. This study utilized an applied navigation method. The population of the study consisted of all students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz during the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019. 374 students were selected by stratified proportional sampling method. Findings show that students are aware of the level of citizenship awareness and are moderately high among the variables such as satellite, internet, mobile, virtual social networking, socioeconomic status, age, degree and degree. There was a significant relationship between education with the dependent variable of citizenship awareness, and no relationship was found between variables of radio, television use, and study of books, newspapers and magazines, cinema and theater, marriage and ethnicity with gender variable of citizenship awareness; and there is a significant difference in citizenship awareness. Regression results show that these variables predict 16.2% of the changes related to the dependent variable.
