Abstract

To achieve social welfare and development in human communities and groups, attention to needs of those is necessary and important. To do this, first, must accomplish to needs assessment than achieve comprehensive insight to the most important needs and of the community. The aim of the present study was to assess of current condition and needs of employees of martyr organization of Khuzestan province according to the two dimensions of economic and social. Their research was accomplished by both quantitative and qualitative research methods (Purpose interview, Snowball Sampling and Survey). In this study it was found that the majority of those surveyed in terms of socio-economic, are average and then are in good condition. Nevertheless, most of them are believed that level of their neediness to benefit more from the socio-economic indicators is high and very high (86/5 percent).
