نیازسنجی اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی کارکنان و عوامل مؤثر بر آن

چکیده

افزایش رفاه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی افراد جامعه از مهم‌ترین اهداف سیاست‌گذاران اجتماعی می‌باشد که برای تحقق این منظور بیش و پیش از هر اقدامی شناخت و سنجش نیازمندی‌های این افراد دارای اهمیت است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر عبارت است از بررسی وضعیت موجود و همچنین سنجش نیازهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی کارکنان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران استان خوزستان که در آن از هر دو روش کمی و کیفی استفاده شده است: 1- روش مصاحبه هدفمند و شیوه نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی گلوله برفی؛ 2- روش پیمایش، به کمک این پژوهش مشخص شد که اکثر افراد مورد بررسی از نظر اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی در شرایط متوسط و پس از آن در شرایط خوبی قرار دارند. با این وجود غالب کارکنان مورد نظر سطح نیازمندی‌های خود به بهره‌مندیِ بیشتر از شاخص‌های اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی را زیاد و خیلی زیاد عنوان داشته‌اند (5/86 درصد). با آزمون فرضیات تحقیق نیز این موارد مشخص شد: 1- عوامل تأثیرگذار بر سطح نیازمندی‌های اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی کارکنان بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران استان خوزستان دو متغیر میزان تحصیلات و وضعیت استخدامی این افراد می‌باشد؛ 2- بین وضعیت موجود اقتصادی و وضعیت موجود اجتماعی کارکنان مورد بررسی رابطه برقرار است؛ 3- وضعیت اقتصادی کارکنان بر روی سطح نیازمندی‌های اجتماعی آنان تأثیرگذار می‌باشد‌؛ 4- وضعیت اجتماعی این کارکنان بر روی سطح نیازمندی‌های اقتصادی آنان تأثیرگذار است.

چکیده [English]

To achieve social welfare and development in human communities and groups, attention to needs of those is necessary and important. To do this, first, must accomplish to needs assessment than achieve comprehensive insight to the most important needs and of the community. The aim of the present study was to assess of current condition and needs of employees of martyr organization of Khuzestan province according to the two dimensions of economic and social. Their research was accomplished by both quantitative and qualitative research methods (Purpose interview, Snowball Sampling and Survey). In this study it was found that the majority of those surveyed in terms of socio-economic, are average and then are in good condition. Nevertheless, most of them are believed that level of their neediness to benefit more from the socio-economic indicators is high and very high (86/5 percent).
