تبیین جامعه‌شناختی تأثیر تاب‌آوری و خودکنترلی بر قانون‌گریزی شهروندان (مورد مطالعه: استان ایلام)

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر خودکنترلی و تاب‌آوری بر قانون‌گریزی در بین شهروندان استان ایلام انجام گرفته است. قانون‌گریزی (نوع نرم) در دو بعد قانون‌گریزی ذهنی و عینی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش این پژوهش پیمایشی، و از نوع همبستگی و تحلیلی، با ابزار پرسشنامه است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل کلیه‌ی شهروندان بالای 18 سال استان ایلام در سال 1395 است و نوع نمونه‌گیری، خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 384 برآورد گردید.یافته‌ها و نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای خودکنترلی و تاب‌آوری تأثیر افزایشی، مثبت و مستقیمی بر روی قانون‌گریزی شهروندان استان ایلام دارند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری (Amos) نشان می‌دهد که متغیر تاب‌آوری 23/0 از واریانس متغیر وابسته در جامعه را تبیین، و متغیر خودکنترلی 30/0 واریانس متغیر وابسته (قانون‌گریزی) در جامعه را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق، توانمندسازی و تقویت روحیه‌ی تاب‌آفرین و خودکنترل ضرورت دارد.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to investigate the effect of self-control and resiliency over the law-avasion between the citizens of Ilam. Law-aversion (soft) in both dimension subjective and objective studied. The method of this survey is survey, and the kind of correlation is the questionnaire. The statistical population consists of all citizens over 18 years of ilam province in 2016; and sampling type, multi - stage cluster and sample size were estimated based on the Morgan table. The findings and results of this study showned that self-control and resilience variables additive effect, positive and direct the on citizens of Ilam province is lawl-aversion. The results of the test structural equation modeling (Amos) shows the resiliency 0/23 Explanations of variances in the community, and self-control variable 0/30 the variance of the dependent variable (law-aversion) predicts in the community.. With regard to the findings, empowerment and entrepreneurial spirit and self-control are essential twisting.
