The Main Purpose This Study Is to Investigate the Effect Employee Welfare Facilities on job satisfaction with the mediator role of Organizational Agility in Universities of Khozestan Province. Present research method is empirical based on the target, and based on the method of data collection and relationship between Variables, is a descriptive-Causal research; and specifically, It is based on structural equation modeling Statistical. Population of this study are consists 550 universities staff of Khozestan Province. Using of simple sampling Method, and with using Krejcie and Morgan Table, 226 of them were chosen. In total, 226 questionnaires were distributed and 219 number questionnaires were collected by the respondents. In order to measure the research variables was used three welfare facilities, organizational agility and job satisfaction questionnaires. Data analysis was done in two levels: descriptive and inferential statistics with using statistical software: SPSS and LISREL. Research findings show that employee welfare facilities have positive and significant effect on organizational agility and job satisfaction. Also employee welfare facilities have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through the mediator role of organizational agility.
