Investigating Effective Factors on Impowerment of Street and Working Children: The Role of Social Capital and Social Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Apearing various Social pathology and lack of strategic planning in countries have been disturbed the possibility of natural growth and living for some children. So, it made a new phenemonon as street and working children. Acordingly, the aim of this paper is investigating effective factors on impowering of street and working children based on the role of social capital and social entrepreneurship. The statistical population of this paper including 600 persons of managers and employess of impowering staff in Tehran. Data were gathered by a 39-questions questionare which its validity was confirmed by content and construct method. Its reliability was approved by Chron-Bakh alfa (0.908). Data analyze were done by Amos21 software and based on structural equation modeling. The result of analyzing research hypothesis revealed that though components of social capital including trust, cohesion and participation among employees of empowering staff do not have direct effect on enhancing the street and working childrenʽempowerment but forming strong social relationship among employees and creating social values vast networks with entrepreneurial approach and also it provide capacity in vulnerable children indirectly.
