Iran is as one of the developing countries and there are many inequities among its provinces and although there have been many efforts via different development programs against these inequities, but because of different unsuitable models of development, still there are many inequities among its provinces and this fact has caused different results like aggressive crimes (murder), among these provinces. According to this matter, regard to the importance of this mater, this research aim is to answer to these questions: 1) what is the effect of inequity of economic development on the amount of murder among Iran provinces? 2) What is the effect of inequity of social development on the amount of murder among Iran provinces? In this research, with the method of secondary analysis, the mentioned information was analyzed by the use of SPSS software and via PLS structural equivalences. The results and findings of this research show that the independent variables of this research could explain 53% of dependent variable changes (murder) among the provinces of Iran.
