Exploring the Effect of Religion on Human Resource’s Mental Health of Organization (Case Study: Employees in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz)

Religion and mental health are very important subjects that examined. The application of these subjects in human resource management is rarly explored. So, we explored the effect of religion on human resource’s mental health of shahid Chamran University. In this study we examine 327 samples of employees that selected with the use of Cochran's formula and the stratified random sampling method. For data analyses SPSS and PLS software are used. The results show that statistically there is a positive and significant relation between religion and mental health. All dimension of religion except beliefs dimension was statistically positive and significant. More ever, religion of woman individually was more than men but collectively men were strong.
