Abstract

Managers should rely on their knowledge as a factor of competitiveness, the accumulation of knowledge that there is in organizations in order to implement projects and multiple actions, and the knowledge that there are in experience forces, is not replace any other parameter. Currently organizations Management are looking ways that though they can to transfer tacit knowledge in organization to throughout the organization.
